We went to Pieminister wanting to try a perhaps more fast food oriented British pie while on the go. The place felt quite hip with equally chill workers. Nice location with a very vegetarian friendly menu. Food was heated and handed over fast as well. Quite tasty for what it is! Could do it again.

Visited today cannot complain about the food, it was really good and tasty and reasonably priced. Service not so good. After waiting 20 mins we went to order at the desk, ordered 3 meals and drinks. The food came but still no drinks - asked about the drinks and even though we had paid the bill when ordering they had to ask again what drinks we had ordered, drinks came minus a pot of tea. Waited 10 mins for it to come then had to ask for the tea. Ordered an extra gravy to go with the pie but had to cancel the extra gravy as pie was eaten before gravy arrived. We were sat in the front near the door and it was really cold and draughty. The door doesn’t close automatically and with customers and deliveroo etc coming in and out the door was constantly left open so had to keep getting up to shut the door. Please get your door fixed! Didn’t want to stay for another coffee/drink or dessert as we were so cold.

Stopped into this shop for a nice pie, and this was perfect. They had a Sunday special of any pie, 2 Yorkshire puddings, mash, veggie stuffing balls and veggie gravy which was great - it was enough for 2 of us! I had the Heidi, which was yum. It's fast food pies, which is great if you're on the go.

My wife is gluten free so eating out can be limited, piemaster was fantastic, great choice, friendly helpfull staff not to mention the food was delicious. I highly recommend and will be visiting again.

Food was fine and experience was nice. My problem was the service charge added on to my bill. I'm happy to tip the waiteress/waiter if I receive good service. But don't automatically put it on my bill. Pay your staff better. You sell glorified pies and mash... you can afford it.

Ordered to take away. Told to sit down to wait, after a few mins asked whether they were heating up as it was taking a while and the server said you didn't say "you wanted it cold". This is true but I also didn't say I wanted it hot either just asked for takeout, ended up being charged double. Poor communication and poor responses from server when I raised this

We had two pies with mash and gravy. The 3 tables at the door are really cold and not very comfy. The service was really good though. The food was ok but nothing outstanding. I expected more for 12 pounds.
